FAQ

Premade purchase: First, please send me an email. Please mention the title I gave the premade in your email and if you have any special requests, such as major changes, sequel covers, or social media additions, please let me know right away.

Commissioned work: either fill out the contact form directly or send me an email.

In any case, I will email you within one business day with an answer to your request.

Premade purchase: After everything has been clarified, such as price, title, author name, other customization requests on your part, I will make the changes. As soon as I'm done with that, I'll show you another draft and if it fits, I'll issue you an invoice. As soon as I have received the money, you will receive a link from me where you can download all your graphics.

Commissioned work: As soon as I have officially received your order, I will send you a questionnaire. Once you've completed this and I have all the information, I'll get to work and create a draft for you, which I'll then send to you. Then it is your job to tell me what you would like to have changed. Once you give me your okay, I'll go ahead and work out the fine-tuning. When I'm done, I'll show you another draft and if it fits, I'll send you an invoice. As soon as I have received the money, you will receive a link from me where you can download all your graphics.

Premades: As soon as I have received the order and I have all the information from you, I get to work immediately. Depending on how big your desired changes are, it takes from 3 working days to a month.

Commissioned work: As soon as I get the questionnaire returned from you, it will take two to four weeks until you get the files from me. If it needs to go faster, let me know. I will then do everything I can to get your cover ready sooner.

* All deadlines given here are for guidance only. If you have more change requests during the work process, that is possible, but pushes the completion date back.

Premade: Yes, of course. The final adjustments will then be made once your book is finished. In this case, however, you have to pay the bill before the last adjustments are made so that I can keep the cover free for you.

Commissioned work: Yes, of course. We will talk about the approximate completion in one way or another in advance and depending on that I will also adapt to it.

Since I know that every beginning is difficult, I would be happy to accommodate you with your first release. You can find out more here . 

We can split the bill into two or three installments, but I can only give you the files once I have received the full amount. 

As soon as your cover has been completely adapted to your wishes, you will receive an invoice from me. When I have received the money, you will receive the files from me.

For this reason, I always offer you an interview before starting work on your cover. Together we will work out a good idea for your cover.

Sometimes it's hard to imagine a cover before it's done and I can understand that. That's why I keep sending you drafts. From the very first draft, the cover will be ready for you to imagine the final product. That's exactly where it's important that you tell me what you don't like, because major changes are still easily possible. I will tell you exactly in the work process as soon as we have reached the completion phase, from this point on stylistic changes are only possible in exceptional cases or with a surcharge.
